Matrix2 established the community’s immersive branding with “Get into luxury lakefront living”, stepping it out to “get into fresh water”, “get
into nature”, “get into social”, “get into a quality home” and so on. This platform is being shared through marketing by the four developers as
well as being implemented and enhanced across various media for Stock’s individual product offering.

The launch of this new luxury lakeside living community has been tremendously successful. In the first two months since its preview event,
one of the builders, Stock Signature Homes, has sold $18 million in single-family homes, which represented 20 new homeowners—and this
was achieved solely through print and digital advertising and online marketing, as no models have yet to be opened.
