The Lake Club
Stock Development, a leading Southwest Florida real estate developer, is a long-time Matrix2 client. When Stock acquired the remaining homesites in the most exclusive village within Lakewood Ranch, the challenge was to reposition The Lake Club, while it was undergoing a clubhouse and amenity revitalization.
Matrix2 created a new integrated marketing campaign, “Have you been to Lake Club lately?” for broadcast, print and digital, plus a series of special events during the Tour of Homes designed to drive record numbers of prospects to The Lake Club. A vibrant lifestyle video was created to illustrate the enhanced amenities as the Clubhouse was being renovated.
In addition to attracting more than 650 prospects to the Tour of Homes, the refreshed website also had nearly 20,000 unique views, a 587 percent increase from the year prior. Since the initial launch, we continue to refine the message and the media, and the numbers keep growing.
