Avery Dania Pointe

Meyers Group, a South-Florida-based real estate developer, continues to promote its luxury apartment rental division to the regional market. The “Avery Collection,” was firmly established with its first property in Pompano Beach, and has now has extended its brand into another location with Avery Dania Pointe.

This residential project piggybacks on the opening of Dania Pointe, a sprawling mixed-use live/work/shop/play destination in the heart of Broward County, Florida. Matrix2 developed the concept of “living on Pointe”… perfectly relevant, stylish, up-to-date and top of its game, while hinting at its vibrant location. Through an integrated mix of a comprehensive website, onsite signage, targeted eblasts and virtual leasing, Avery’s most recent star is off to a great start.

Following the success of Avery Pompano Beach, the brand was seamlessly extended to Avery Dania Pointe, where creative elements and assets were updated, but the overall branding remained consistent. This greatly streamlined the process and economies of scale for our client.
