Following the client’s past success of amenity rich, clubhouse-centric communities paired with quality construction, Matrix2 helped to
redefine a winning formula to the rental market.

For Inspira, Matrix2 created both the name and the solid positioning “lifestyled living” to define the distinctive features that set this
community apart in the market. Steady, qualified traffic was achieved through a combination of on-site marketing, radio, television, print and
digital advertising while leveraging Inspira’s location within the popular and established Lely Resort community.

First hired to establish just the brand for Inspira, Matrix2 subsequently provided strategic media support when the rental community needed
help with increasing traffic and supporting lease-up efforts. As a result, Inspira was quickly able to reach their goals. The “luxury lifestyled
living” brand is also being extended to new communities in North Naples and Sarasota.
