The Inn on Fifth is an established boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Naples, which has undergone a complete renovation in recent years, as well as the addition of its new Club Level Suites. Matrix2 has guided the Inn on Fifth through its evolution into a destination for affluent travelers in Naples and key markets throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Digital advertising is an important element in our media planning for the Inn on Fifth, and we have implemented strategic campaigns for both the launch of the season as well as one to drive traffic during season—both campaigns incorporated tracking into the booking engine so that we could determine the effectiveness of the digital outreach.


All digital campaigns included tracking pixels in order to discover the true value of the media selection and to confirm the effectiveness of the creative message. The monthly ROI for this client has been tracking between 13% to 21% within a media mix of paid advertising in social media, niche digital media and custom target audience. The campaign also included implementation of retargeting and social retargeting with an average ROI of 23%. The social media paid posts also showed a strong engagement of more than 150-250 interactions, reaching more than 10,000 of the target audience.
